Time to start the tuning so fitted a new Ti exhaust, Turbosmart actuators and Metal adjustable diverter valves, got some new intercoolers to fit shortly as well.

The actuators had seen better days

Exhaust weighs 7KG !!! Im prob going to have some de-cats made in Ti with a muffler in place of the cat.

Exhaust looks very nice indeed!

Thanks, chuffed to bits with it, the weight saving alone is staggering and the price was pleasant.

Ill post dyno figures and VBox performance figures shortly after we play with the map, I have figures for the car stock, mapped and soon map, exhaust,dv's and turbosmart actuators.

Looks great.

That is a VERY good looking exhaust, nice work

lovely exhaust, where did you get it from?

The wastegate actuators look pretty good too - what's the spring pressure rating?

My supplier that I use for all my other exhausts, 3 week wait maximum, £2150 all in delivered, inc 200 cell cats, exhaust is Titanium cats are stainless but I may be able to replace the cats with some Ti mufflers.
