New alarm remote

Does anyone know where i can get a new alarm remote housing from - there is an article on p car that lisst a part no but OPC e.London say there isnt one.

The problem is taht with the PA1000 the button is a raised one in the centre o the remote - i keep pressing the damn thing when it's in my pocket - both knowingly and unknowingly and finding the car unlocked!

I also thought that the alarm is supposed to relock the car if no doors are opened?

any ideas?

AFAIK they installed all the UK PA1000's.(They got my second remote working again, free of charge - and put it in a new case).

Ahaa - makes a lot of sense - i had a H&P alarm on my ols escort cab and it had the same remote box!

Talked to H&P - they said it sounds more like a System1 alarm - apparently a PA1000 has 2 buttons - mine only has one - it is a full closure job tho - does the windows, roof and locks up - but does not auto re-lock
