I have recently moved to the North West (Manchester area) and am trying to find an independent dealer to service my car. Referrals and recommendations would be most welcome.

Based in Warrington. Very highly recommended. Stratstone Wilmslow computer diagnosed my 996 with faulty variocam and pre cat sensor, wanting somewhere in the region of £2000.00 to fix. Went for a second opinion at Ninemiester, they took it out for a spin, came back and replaced the air flow meter and guess what, it was fixed in minutes for a tenth of the price!

I have had good experiences with Hartech in Bolton. My previous 964's and current 993 have always been serviced there for a reasonable price. Always pretty busy though!
