No you can all relax not me but the car 8)
.........this morning was the first time where I thought i could get the top down for the (rather short) drive to work........and wot fun it was.......the looks were pretty good, sadly for the car and not me I suspect though :(
........although I have found with the top down I tend to drive somewhat faster bcos it feels good and despite the lack of a PSE (yet!) the noise is still fantastic........

Think I'll be finding an excuse to go out at lunchtime.........

It's raining here :(

Did you go out of your way to drive through tunnels..... I do when I'm topless

None really on the way in but have to go through a small one on the way home tonight so I think a coupe of gears down and foot the floor will be in order :D

I make a point of going through the tunnels under the runways at Manchester Airport, both are about 400 metres long..... sounds fantastic.

Is the Dartford tunnel on you way home..... or will you go the opposite way to go though it now I've put the idea in your head?

The Dartford tunnel is sadly about 40 miles out of the way for me (and my journey home is only 10 miles) and could involve getting stuck in a couple of hours of traffic so not for me.............

Usually too much other noise in the Dartford tunnel. Same with the Blackwall tunnel. Went through there a couple of weeks back, carefully opened the windows and the sunroof before I hit the down ramp but could not hear a thing because of the trucks. Have to try it at 3AM methinks

Rotherhythe tunnel is best for noise - It's a much tighter space :D

Funny how that applies to so much in life eh?

You get the same effect in some car parks that have really low roofs. IT's 25 degrees and sunny in Gloucester - to hot to have the top down!

There`s a good tunnel under the A40 at Hanger lane, I was lucky enough to be behind a Carrera GT when he gave it everything in 2nd gear (I was following closely behind in my Skyline up to this point). I can still hear it now...

Because it is rarely too hot in Gloucester (you should visit) and most of the time I have the top down I am not in a suit! Smarty-pants!

Suit was for Court, not for work! And I haven't got enough hair to worry about messing it up unfortunately!
