Very nice :thumb: These cars are having a revival
 
Thank you. That's encouraging. The 3.0 litre SC 204 bhp engine is one of the best Porsche ever made. They used it to race at Le Mans and won in 1980! I had a full top and bottom rebuild before the summer. Feels as fast as my 993.

I must confess to being a bit hooked on the high compression SC 204 bhp model. I restored a coupe before my Targa and we really went to town:

Yes the air cooled cars are probably more enjoyable on the twisty roads than the newer faster cars , must have been difficult to part with the orange car its a beaut .
 
Loving those & nice to see "Cookie Cutters" on the Targa :D
