I was wondering what’s your preference on tire selection, Michelin pilot 4s or Pireli p zero for 992?
FYI I have a 992 C2S with spyder wheels.

I currently run on Pirelis but plan to replace them with Michelin pilot 4s. Any feedback on ride quality , traction and road noise. Any major differences?

I heard Chris Harris a few times praising Michelins as his favorite tire brand.
I am only interested in summer tires, (doesn’t rain much where I live). Thoughts?

I've not had much luck with any Pirelli, but I do get on with the Michelins. PS4S is an excellent tyre.

Latest tests generally rate the Michelin PS4S over any Pirelli product. However they rate the Conti Sport Contact 7 even higher still - have a look to see if you can get them in the right size (also think they’re usefully less expensive).

I am quite surprised by the 992 grip compared to my previous 991 c2. Porsche did a great job improving traction/ grip. It gives the driver the confidence to push a little bit more.

Interesting, never considered continentals . I guess the majority agree with the Michelin ps4s. I think I’ll go for it.

To date, the Pirellis on my 992.1 have been a pleasant surprise relative to past experiences of Pirellis on other 911's.
They have now gone into hibernation as I had Michelin Alpin 5 's fitted today for the cold, wet winter months ahead.
Next spring, I will have the decision to refit the Pirellis or maybe go the PS4S route. But as things stand at the moment, may quite happily stick the Pirellis back on as I think they suit the car fine in the warmer and drier months.
