I understand that Grosjean's seat is not secure for 2014 so if Kimi jumps ship to RBR then these two could end up as team mates again at Lotus.

"This year, Total is sponsoring Romain Grosjean, a driver on the Lotus F1 Team." Note the context on Total's official site - the deal is spun as the Frenchman, not simply the team even though they are also listed separately as a team sponsor as well.
