So far, I've been very impressed!

Called them a few weeks back to book the 993 in for a service and was immediately asked if I would like the car to be picked up from my home address and returned the next day, or if I would like a courtesy car (which is what I opted for).

Dropped the car in yesterday, the Service Manager was great and very knowledgable about 993's, and when I asked him not to wash it after the service, he asked me was it Zymol Wax on the car!!!
Top lad, knows his stuff!

They also gave me a Brand New A3 TDi as a courtesy car - Very surprised how pacy these things are!

Got a call last night that the car will be ready sometime this morning, and the only extra required was my Brake Oil needed to be changed (in line with the 2 years stipulated on the Service manaual). Great stuff!

So far so good, just need to pay for it now :(

Marks so far - 10 out of 10!

EDIT - Don't know if there are multiple Linbrooks, but this one is in Tonbridge, kent.

James

Given the disappointment/irritation on other threads about certain other OPC's, I can concur. The odd dealings I've had with them on re-calls etc have shown them to be excellent. Even Paul Devyea and La Rose Porsche, the independant where I bought and have mine serviced have got praise for them. They became Kents only OPC after Parkwood disappeared in the mid nineties I think still are the only OPC in the county.

Just picked the car up, and I'm still VERY impressed with Lindbrook.

They hadn't cleaned the car (as I instructed) but they had cleaned the windows (inside and out) and it also looks like they've hoovered it and given the inside a quick wipe down. On top of that (and this may be normal, but it's my first Service at a Porsche garage) they threw in a Cleaning Kit and a small tin of mints.

Not only that, I go a discount on the labour as the car is over 4 years old!

Definately going back to them, very impressed!
