I have an odd prob with my 993's intermittent wiper setting. When turned on, they either fail to work at all, or come on after a minute or so (regardless of speed setting). Once got going, they work fine, and come on straight away.

Is the problem likely to lie in the relay, or the switches?

Had similar problem with a different car, turned out to be wiper stalk faulty.
