Anybody about to renew their Insurance should try Swiftcover.com.

I have my wifes car with them and thought I would see how much the 993 would cost. Well it came out at a staggering £300 ofr 7K miles/annum and £200 excess. The only downside is that they require the fitting of a tracker device.

Damn- I forgot to try swiftcover.

I just used www.confused.com- I liked their concept and they were most impressive- ended up with some lot called masterquote who came in at £477, 250 excess, but no tracker req'd. FWIW, over £500 better than the renewal quote from my PCGB insurer, so that's paid for the S02s I'm getting on Friday!

I tend to be a traditional telephone customer, but tried two companies (PCGB insurers) this morning, both of which didn't answer my call

PEART

Great cover and a good policy that covers trackdays at £50 each (including continental places like Spa etc, but sadly not the Ring)

actually I wandered out for a few beers after reading this post and whilst in my local I did try to aquire a 31 yr old g'friend!

Sadly I was only lucky in a 19yr old (complete babe admitedly) being interested!!

So now I just need to convince the other half to let me have a g'friend!! Should be an interesting negotiation to say the least!

Ohhhhh so doesn't your "31 Yr old g'friend" cost you lots more than he avibg on Insurance!
