Independent Intercooler Test

I am going to put the intercoolers in my car through an Independent test in a special wind tunnel which is also used to test heat exchangers for F1 teams, motorsport teams, the military and so on.

I would love to know what you guys think and if you feel if there should be any changes to the data I have been advised of?

I will also test against the GT2 RS coolers as a point of reference unless you think there is any better.

The points of data below is what I have been advised to go for by the company.

CAC Test Matrix
Charge Air Flows: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 kg/sec
Charge Air Inlet Pressure: 1.5 bar (g)
Charge Air Trmperature: 150°C
Coolant Air Flow: 3, 6, 10 m/sec (High & lowest flow to be confirmed on day of test)
Air Temperature: 30°C
Points in Matrix: 9


I will also receive a heat rejection chart/graph.
 
That sounds very interesting, I think the GT2 RS one is a good reference as a reasonably priced common upgrade. Have you asked anybody like Feansport if the wold like to pay to get their latest and greatest tested to get some hard figures? Proper specs for intercoolers seem thin on the ground.

Maybe you could ask tem if you can get hold of them.
 
The Report is a few pages long with lots of different graphs and data etc but here is an example of the data sheet!

Help me out on the terminology.
The charge air is the air coming across the exchanger into the engine.
The cooling side is the air coming in to do the cooling?
