Help, sheared screw on the radiator

I'm fitting grille mesh to my 04 C4S, and have run into a small issue.

Having removed the PU and air channels with no hiccups, I have had one of the small oval head screws (part no: 99991913409) snap due to corrosion, leaving the thread in the rad.

This is the screw that fixes the condensor to the front of the radiator, there are 4 in total.

The issue is, that it looks as though I would need to replace the rad as I don't think I will be able to get the thread out.

Will the condensor frame be ok with only 3 screws fixing it? Or do I need to bite the bullet and get a new rad?

Or any ideas as to how I might be able to extract the screw?

I'm constantly snapping screws, threads, bolts, nuts, everything when working on this car.

Utter garbage seized stuff.

Well you can leave the tread in as it is still technically holding, you just have no head...

Can't thing of any other option than drilling and retapping?

Thinking out of the box, most likely won't work but drop some jb weld in and then the snapped head back in and see if that works

Probably wont.

Drilling it has to be the answer. I have never done anything like that before but it cannot be that difficult surely. I would love to give it a go. A bit of an oxymoron I know. I have only ever had a rounded screw holding the brake disc in place on a BMW but knocked the disc off and got mull grips onto the remaining thread to get it off.

I have always wondered if lubrication is a problem drilling metal on metal and do you need a particular type of drill bit to drill out a metal screw - ??? :?:

Pip

I'm going to give drilling a go, but I don't hold out much hope. The screw shaft is only about 3mm, and the radiator is plastic where the screw is stuck, so I need to be super careful.
