Help! brake pedal not coming up full way

I just recently experienced a problem with my '99 911 brake pedal not springing back up after a few push. The brake pedal works fine after I start the car, but after a few push on the pedal, it comes back up only half way! I need to use my foot to pull the pedal back out all the way. The brake works great and the brake fluid is full. Any experts know what the problem may be? Could this be something I can fix like adding new springs or greasing the pedal? I called the Porsche dealer and they told me to toll the car in for them to examine. They think my car is bleeding fluid. Seems like they just want to bleed my wallet! Thanks for the help.

could be various problem.....

loss of brake pressure from various factors, pedal fault, etc etc

depend if you are out of warranty or not.. otherwise if you can take it to a specialist (same service less £££'s)
