Help - 993 Door Panel Removal

In an effort to find the cause of a rattling window I started to remove the drivers side door panel on my 993 using the excellent instructions from the p-car website. However, I stumbled at the last hurdle, the window switches, does anyone know how these are disconnected from the door panel? Do they just pull out? Do they need to be popped out by leveraging with a screw driver?

Would appreciate it if anyone can enlighten me.

Gently lever out using a broad bladed screwdriver.
