Had a few auto-electrical bits fitted to my car the other day and the chumps managed to destroy a heating duct (i assume that's what it is) in the drivers footwell:-

As you can see, they tried to fix it with some ductape but it's pretty shoddy work and there is hot air escaping all over the place. They will remedy the problem but I said I'd get the parts so I know they are the right ones.
Anyone know where to get these from?
