Have used a fuel cleaner in my fuel

Since using a fuel cleaner in my tank, the idle seems to be hunting somewhat. When coming off the power and depressing the clutch the revs drop to around 400 rpm then finds itself sat at 600rpm. Which both are too low as previously was sat at 750rpm.

I am wanting to clean the IDle Control Valve. My question is where is it located? Any diagrams would help.

Cleaned the throttle body and all is back to normal now.
