The Greatest Porsche Of All Time?
I was Wondering What Peoples Opinion On The Greatest Porsche of all time is?
Im gonna go with the Porsche 911 carrera GT2 what an excellent car

I would say the 993 gt2 and I must admit a softspot for the 959 if only because it was incredibly advanced for its time and very rare.I was also only 15 at the time it came out and had pictures and posters of it plastered all over my bedroom!!(I take it we are just talking road cars here)

959 for me - as William says so ahead of it's time. So many features of that car are only now seeing production.... A unique car that only Porsche could have made.

959 leaves me cold... perhaps almost a cliche, but I really do love the simplicity of the 73RS... the antithesis of the 959.

Yes I agree the 73RS is one of the all time greats,like you say the exact opposite of the 959 but an incredible machine in a very pure form.I was only 3years old when it was introduced so its not as easy for me to relate to it as the newer cars!!
