hi,
im currently changing the gearbox oil on my 1999 C4, so far it has taken 2.8l and nothing has came out the fill hole yet, Car is sitting level. Should I keep filling or stop?
thanks

Its a 6 speed manual guys.

The "drip" method seen on this forum, Took a little time to get the oil in but has worked a treat. I have put the fill plug back in and went for a drive, seems ok and a little less notchy.

I usually fill until the spill, I don't take notice of the amount I've put in.

To fill it I use one of those injection type pumps, then it only takes a couple minutes.

seconded, fill to spill (make sure car is level). Pretty sure it took roughly 2.8 though so you can't have been far off!
