The website and the forum will shortly be undergoing a redesign, but with all thiings IT it will take some time, so if it still looks the same when your turtle has come out of it's winter hibernation, then don't be surprised !

Anyway, you thoughts, suggestions, ideas, strategies and views are welcome to what should be added, changed, updated et al......

I know all of the cars for sale ads makes the site look good, but some of them are obviously sooooooo old (either mention the date of "recent" work or the price is really out of date) Pleas axe the out of date ones, it makes searching a real pain in the butt.

I saw in another thread:chatroom with webcam ?? ( keep it clean as I do not want to see naked middle aged men) as most threads end up with a couple of people having their own conversation and we end up with 10 pages of nothing related.

the other thing which was mentioned was a FAQ / TIPS which could be by model or topic. have found peoples advice pretty useful on here, but probably questions that have been asked time and time again ie: warning lights for AMS, careful with the blue cap on the collant on eary 996. tyres and where to get etc.

Looks good to me... nice job.

I was quite fond of the Gary Numan bit, but I suppose we must move with the times!

Would it make more sense for Total 911 to have their own category heading (instead of being lumped in as a sub heading of Porsche Talk?)

Then T911 could link to it from their own website...

Also, other marques... typo... "talk about other manufactuers (!)"

ok... only been on here 11 months and I've found the button to go to the last post, but still think there should be the facility to go to the last unread... especially as the site is getting busier... I gan get home from work and in the space of 2 hours a thread with a couple of posts can have grown to 3 pages.
