Well, after 4.5 years and 60K miles (over 20K of which on track), my motosport LSD finally stopped doing the business.
This is what it looked like when it came apart. Notice the top & bottom washer in the stack were both broken, one of them into 2 pieces
The plates were very smooth & obviously past their best. Finally, a couple of shots of the completed diff prior to being put back in the car.
Car feels really tight again. It's now on a transporter & on its way down to trackdays at Monza & Mugello next week. It should go well now. I'm driving the GT2 down there on Saturday & then off on an Alpine adventure after Italy.
