Any recommendations on a double DIN unit with DAB, Sat-Nav and Bluetooth?

Struggling to find something that is not crazy money or complete shite!

A few of us have kenwood units circa £700 new they have all you need except dab :thumb:

I bought the Pioneer Avic F950-DAB, does all of the above :)

We fit loads of these. The Pioneer Avic F950-DAB is great - just done one last week - if you want pics let me know.

IMO the Pioneer offers a great solution. Had done Kenwood etc. Depending on the year/BOSE or not, depends on what you can or cannot do with the things like amps.

Installation should be around £580+vat depending on what you want - we generally hook up the ipod/iphone cable into the centre console between the seats so that you can lift it out of there etc.

Much better than any PCM system.

Do you fit them to the Turbo with BOSE?

I need to come and see you for a service soon and have been thinking about getting one of these.

£696 just to install? :o

Looks like it as the unit is £700ish. SO £1500 for a new stereo unit fitted admittedly with more bells and whistles and better quality. Hmm.

My car is a Turbo with Bose, we just replaced the Bose amp but left the speakers.

The increase in sound quality was very noticeable. I've seen a few threads/comments about replacing the Bose speakers, but I'd suggest just replacing the Amp to begin with. Certainly in my car there is no need to improve the speakers, the place that did my installation were amazed by the increase in quality, that was using Pioneer Amps to replace the Bose.

I had an awesome alpine unit fitted by SMK Audio in Heston West london for £500 all in. I didn't opt for sat Nav but if I did it would just be an extra £130 for a plug in device.

Brilliant system with blue tooth touch screen cd dab iPod connectivity remote etc etc..

It really depends on what you want where you want leads etc. To be fair there are installations and installations - I have seen some good ones done and others where the wiring is a real mess. If you already have PCM it is less effort for example.

Yes Turbo with BOSE is not an issue.
