Digital radio fitment

I've still got the original '93 Blaupunkt in my Porsche and I'm toying with swapping it for a newer Blaupunkt with single CD, digital radio and Ipod i/f.

Phil Raby's write up from Porsche & 911 World is pretty comprehensive and it looks as though I can retain the ability to plug the old unit back in (concours anyone?) by using Ford connector adaptors.

But I don't want to drill holes to add the additional digital aerial and the other option is a windscreen mounted one. I've not seen one of these in the flesh and if I get it fitted at the top of the rear screen (as recommended) and then decide to fit a high level spoiler with brake light then will it need to be repositioned.

Anyone got any experience or fitment pictures/how-to's?
