Different wheels on a C4S?

I'm toying with the idea of a set of Carrera Sport Classic wheels (you know, the 19" Fuchs style ones :) ) for my C4S Cab. I've always loved the Fuchs style wheels and feel they may look good on my car, but can't find any pictures, anywhere, where anyone's done it!

I don't suppose anyone has/can point me to, a pic or 2 of a 4S with these fitted by any chance please? If it were a Seal Grey Cab, even better! :D

I am torn though, whether to stay standard & refurb mine, or get a set of the above.....what's the forum's thoughts on such matters?

* apologies if this should be in a different section!

Thanks for those....more than I managed to find!

Funny, now I'm not sure after seeing them. Wonder if colour/bodyshape would make that big a difference?

I had the techarts on my C4s I thought they were quite close the oem wheels so looked quite stealth.

just as an alternative thought

I saw some modern Fuchs alloys on a 996 at the Silverstone classic, on 19" I think. I had been keen on a set until I saw them in the flesh, IMO they looked pants.

Those TechArts ^^^^ look amazing on that C4S.

Ah, that's interesting....have been really keen since the Carrera Sport Classic model came out (had the originals on my old 912), but am really not sure on the 996. Going to get mine refurbed I think and see what I think :)

Excellent. They are the first set of wheels I have seen that I would consider swapping for my GT3s. :thumb:
