I plan to add a Denison 500s BT to my car, but browsing the Denison site I also came across this http://www.dension.com/product/dab-for-gateway-pro-bt-and-gateway-500s-bt DAB unit that can be used with the gateway.
I'm just wondering if anybody has this DAB unit installed and if so what are the results like?
Also, is the Denison do-able as a DIY or should I go to an installer? I'm fine with the pulling out and re-fitting trim etc. but totally useless with electrics if it needs splicing/earthing etc. If its just a case of fixing the unit, routing and plugging in cables then I can handle that.
Any recommended capable installers in the East Lancs/Manchester area?
