What a pain. I think they are about £200 refurbish, but I am pulling the number from a faded memory.

Jim Jam.....snap I've done three of my 17" replica wheels in 18 months , never kerbed a standard Fuchs in 18 yrs of ownership . On contemporary rims the tyres are often flush with the rims so it's more easily done . I haven't rectified the problem but it shoudn't cost more that about £250.00 for all four (dependent on how heavy the damage is) . Try these people but I have no idea if they are any good

Try posting on the Rennlist site or the European section of Pelican parts for more feedback . Also email
design911 and ask Carl or Darren who they recommend , they sell loads of wheels .

when I bought my 993 the two rears had been curbed one quite badly, just had them done at the wickedwheels branch in Guildford £50+vat per wheel - I'm no expert but they look good to me.

Top info - I mean it. One of mine has lost some of its laquer and looks a bit scraped but not on the rims but inside. Anyhow, I needed to get it done and had never heard of Wicked Wheels, so this is sweet info. Thanks chaps - that's what this site is all about.

They have vans that can come out to you - they also have a unit on the slyfield ind estate in Guildford, Its no great shakes but they seemed to do a good job. I dropped my car off in the morning they took me home and picked me up afterwards. They were a little late getting in - I had arranged to be there at 8:30 - they didn't show up till nearly 9 but I wasn't in hurry and it was a sunny morning.

Theres a company called A1 wheels in Wolverhampton who did a top job on a set of 914 wheels i've got. Fully polished, took out the chips and dents in them, new valves and balanced for £350. They'll can do pretty much anything to wheels and will take out dents and chips while you wait.
