Really like the cup one's ..Nice touch with the silver rim :thumb:

The cup's look great Keith. Is the engine all sorted out now?????

I still love that colour :thumb:

Yes Chief its sorted and its great now , long story about the info i had received !!! , we found that the throttle cable was so slack that there was a extra inch of travel available on it , it was like night and day after it was sorted out :nooo: simple .

ANYONE got advice on fitting wheel spacers to the above , any where you would recommend for them , size, more to the rears than front ? type, ? .. Keith

Blimey Keith, that must be the cheapest fix on this forum

You did it Keith!!! Nice wheels, are you happy with them?

Yes Ian i like them lots but they are not as bright (chrome) as i thought they would be , thinking about some thin spacers for them as we discussed , hope alls well sunshine :bye:

I like the wheels.

I also was expecting them to be bright chrome, but luckily I think you have about the only colour that could pull that off.

Looking forward to seeing them in the flesh (which was nearly today. On my "miles on my car trip", Hexham (wall) was our destination, but the M6 was so chaotic we didn't get much past Lancaster.)

Funny i was out in the car that way today and i was thinking about you crawling around the slow lanes of the UK counting the miles , Should think you don't want to be sitting in traffic either letting it get to hot ! , looks like you've made it for your trip anyway . Red will jealous :)

You've got a very, very nice colour combination there of black wheels and car.

IMHO, you've got the best looking 964. And that's without seeing it in the metal.

Period :worship:

You lucky b@gger

Kind of you to say that Joe , i do love the red ones also but this will certainly do me , it has grown on me and im very happy with it , Cheers :thumb:

Looking good Keith, look forward to seeing them close up :)

Chris

P.s. I see you've opened up your lay-by "camp site" again. Hope they're keeping themselves to themselves...

They look really good Keith, you must be pleased with them, who did them in the end? ATB Neil

Do you find it turns better with the 17s on? mine does.

Did you weight them?

Neil : Got them done at the wheel specialist in Westerhope eventually , very happy with the look , not long until you get your backdate , bet you're chewing at the bit with this nice weather , make the most of the Targa , are you keeping that ? cheers.

Pete : The handling of the car is spot on now that the 18s are off, i think the 18s look better with the width but it wouldn't be as usable and enjoyable for me "every day" with them on it , it was like driving a tractor !! .
She is running beautifully and dry as a bone too , just cant keep out of it in this weather :D ... K
