Clutch replacement

Having discovered i need a new clutch, i was wondering...

What would be the cost for this. Been quoted round the £650 mark, seems reasonable.

Would you trust a non-specialist to do this (as in a recommended non-porsche independant)?

Does anyone know a good/cheap place to go near Doncaster?

Sorry about appearing tight, just didn't budget for £650 worth of essential repair so soon... :(

Yeah, they quoted me £650, and gave me the price instantly (dunno why but this makes me more confident, as opposed to a callback with a price).

Would appreciate anyone who could reccommend (or warn against?) them.
