B-Pillar Interior Trim Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the interior trim on the B-Pillar? ie. the vertical piece of trim parallel to the seatbelt (see photo) It seems to be a metal plate covered in leather - the leather is starting to come away from the plate. I've searched the net on how to do this, but cannot find a clear answer! I gather this is a common issue because the leather strip is too short. I cant see any screws holding it on - so assumed its clipped on? Any advice would be much appreciated.
