Anyone been to see this car?

Looks like a great car at a good price. :thumb:

Make sure the warranty is good and hopefully you'll get at least 6 months of massive  's per £.

Pricey but then that is dealer price and no doubt reflected in conditon :dont know:

This makes me laugh: "LAWTON ARE PROUD TO OFFER WHAT ARE BECOMING INCREASINGLY RARE " :floor:

This Turbo at £20k looks unbelievably cheap unless I'm missing something :dont know: Although with the spoiler bing up hydraulic rams are probably knackered

That one has been on ebay quite a while now, at that price I am surprised it has not been snapped up, if as described :?:

A friend of mine, who works for a well known Indie, has a Seal Grey 2003 2 owner Turbo with extra leather, a full Porsche fitted Aero kit, and lots lots more.
36K full history for £27K ono??

PM me if thats of interest. Good luck with your search :thumb:

Unfortunately I can't check eBay on this computer but will have a look tonight if I get chance.

20k sounds very cheap!

20k sounds very cheap!

It's an April 2002 car, black on black, with 66k miles up being sold privately.

It could be a good buy as the extra £8.5k at Lawtons only gets you a year newer car and a warranty. A good PPI would be needed to see how much of that £8.5k would need spending in getting the older/cheaper car up-to-scratch.

You pays your money you takes your choice.

Good luck :thumb:

Thanks for the info, I am definitely intgrigued! Black on black has been my first choice colour for a while, I did like the pearlescent blue/purple look of the midnight blue though.

Where is this car located and does it state FSH?

It's in Birmingham.

The ad details the history and it seems good except perhaps the time gap between a service at 52,824 in July 2009 and at 66,371 in June 2013.

Hmm, 14,000 miles and 4 years with no service! Not ideal, that's at least one reason for the bargain price!

Hmmm. Confused whihc car is being referred to for £20k. If its the one in Birmingham I wouldn't even touch it and I wouldn't even bother with a drive to see it if this car went 4 years without a service. When there is a choice, why look up a suspicious car.

Tread carefully -the wrong car can eat your savings for breakfast before moving on to consume the house, the wife and kids.

i never see

That is unfortunate - have you tried glasses or laser eye surgery? :dont know:

The one at LawtonBrookes at £29k needs new discs and pads at the very least!

For that money it should want absolutely nothing doing to it. Condition looks fair to me. The scoring and rot visible on those discs wouldnt put me off as its an easy DIY but it would put me off at that price.

It does look like its had new condensers though.

Wonder what the rads are like.... and the coffin arms..... and the coolant hoses.......

It looks like they have 'polished the profit' into that one well and truly!
