997/987 Seat centre removal tips and modification

Im looking to remove the seat centres on 997/987 seats so I can add a manual lumbar support pad for an upcoming project
Does anyone know how to remove the seat centres. I did see someone cover this in this or another forum/you tube as in put manual lumbar support behind the centres but I cant find it for the life of me any tips links appreciated

They should just pull out from the top. There are tabs which tuck in to the bolsters & once they are out, the centre should fold forward from there.

Thanks that worked but the centre seems to be fixed at the bottom base trying to figure out how to get the centre out totally
