I expected this to be done to death but I can't actually find it anywhere...

Looking at the H&R lowering Spring rates and they don't seem high enough for a track focused car... (I know it's not really a track focused car but trust me when I say it is devastating on a high speed circuit).

Is there anywhere I can find the estimated unsprung weight so we can do some initial calculations??

2010 turbo on steels with the standard 5 spoke double fork diamond cut wheels.

Don't know unsprung weight but I do know lowering springs aren't the answer having been that route on road and track. Get yourself a set of good coilovers and they will be the best money you've spent. Fully laden with a 75kg driver I expect you're at circa 1675kg. Have a look at TracTive ;)

or do you mean something else for the "estimated unsprung weight" ?

Coilovers seem to be the usual answer but I have the DSC so want to keep the PASM now as it's transformed.

The theory I am working toward is: Unsprung is the element that is not sat on top of the springs.

So if we have a 1585kg car as a baseline.
By taking the unsprung element off. I.e. 30kg disc, 4kg tyre, 1kg caliper, for example, plus wheel and some element of the suspension components, then we know what is sat on the spring is what the springs are actually carrying.
In this example, using the 1585kg, it might be:

140kg 'unsprung' say, then 1585 - 140 = 1445kg 'Sprung weight', then apply the weight distribution numbers and we can guestimate what is on each spring.

It's the laptop version of 'corner weighting' the car I guess...

TPC Racing invented DSC module to work with TracTive and enhance PASM only difference is that DSC/TracTive is 16x quicker than DSC/Bilstein. Your suspension basically is transformed to semi active ;)

Lowering springs on a smooth track fine as per pic above. On a B road hit a crest at speed or even an expansion joint on derestricted autobahn and good luck as they're not up to the job if you drive your car like you stole it. Look fantastic though and fine if you stick to reasonable speed limits.
