My car's pretty rattle free apart from the sunroof button which vibrates and rattles when I'm driving on an unsmooth surface (which is 99% of roads in the UK). Has anyone had this before or know a quick fix? Might take the button out and have a look inside if not...

Pop the button out and from memory, people stick some fabric to either the back of the button or inside the lip of the housing. Can't recall which but once you look it out, it will be obvious

Brilliant, I'll have a go and update here. Thanks for the info

I managed to sort out the rattle. In my case it was the emergency sunroof hex key which was a little loose and slightly bent. It was rattling against the plastic where I put the arrow. I made sure it was seated right and added a bit of tape to hold it still. I'm not sure why holding the button stopped the rattle though
