Wanted 996 Turbo Manual (GT Silver or White)

Hey all,

So I'm just exploring at mo, but I think I'm going to aim to get a 996 Turbo as my next car.
I'm not in any rush - so if anyone is thinking of selling there's then I'd interested.

Must be GT Silver or White
Must be Manual
Must have an all black interior
Must have flawless full service history
Ideally with original Turbo alloys (not the optional ones)

Not fussed whether X50 or standard.
Ideally with black dials
Ideally with bottom front bumper lip in black also.
No mods ideally (minor mods I'll consider or tasteful mods)
Would be great if PCCM classic is already fitted.

Budget - I don't really want to go over 30k. Maybe 32k at stretch. Anything higher would means I'll just wait to get a manual 997.2 of some sort.

FYI - I'm at an early stage - as I would also need to sell my car (unless seller is potentially up for a swap with a very well looked after Manual M2 in grey).
Also not driven a 996 Turbo yet, but a thousand journos and people can't be wrong.

And ideally a 2002+ model, if I'm correct - there was minor differences between 2001 and 2002 models?

Do you definitely mean GT silver? That would have been a PTS colour...

GT Silver was an optional extra my 2004. You only tend to see 996 turbo s in this colour. Lovely. You won't find a white one better to find a good example irresepctive of colour and wrap it white.

Yeah silver is a one of the most common 996 turbo colours. Usually Arctic (traditional silver) or Polar (bluey tinge to it).

OK so correction - Arctic Silver or White 996 Turbo.
Also open to GT Silver but I'm guessing that would be a premium.

Ah right. There are a million Arctic silver ones for sale. Go nuts. Polar much rarer.

Polar was silver with a bluish tint. GT was a very rare special order colour. Most silver cars were Arctic.

996 Turbo whites were Biarritz and Carrara.

White looks fantastic on a Turbo but you'll be incredibly lucky to find a manual for £32k (in white)
Plenty in the US but it wasn't a popular colour in UK unfortunately.

Yeh to be honest I wasn’t expecting a white at 32k - I’m guessing due to rarity they’d be at least 36k if not more? Regardless of miles

I’d be pretty chuffed with a silver one anyway - luckily plenty of them about.
