992 Wheels on 991

I’m in the process of buying a 991.1 but I’m not a fan of the existing wheels. Has anyone fitted the 20” & 21” wheels from a 992 onto a 991 and if so could you post pictures please

I’ve never been a fan of wheels from a newer model in older cars. Personally, I think it devalues the appreciation and appearance of your car.

Go completely aftermarket, or retro OEM+, but that’s it.

The 991 has some lovely OEM designs. IMO.

Yes I did know this but it doesn't mean that it's not an option......................although it may not work of course.

I had my 991.1 wheels refurbished and finished differently recently. It went from the factory diamond cut Carrera wheels (silver and grey) to silver all over. They needed a refurb due to corrosion (the 'white worm') and due to the fact this corrosion was likely to reappear, I changed the finish.

It's probably not what you're thinking of doing, but pic anyway.

What wheels does your car currently have?
My 991 has the Carrera Classic wheels, although I'd probably change them for set of S3 wheels if I could find a set at the price.
