Anyone have any opinions on when to best use first time - mileage... location etc?

I would say use it first time after having about 2.000 miles or so on the clock. Then find a free motorway early in the morning and then: Fire :gunfire:
But bear in mind that this is wearing and tearing on the material. I did it once. But I felt sorry for my car. But it's a sports car, isn't it.

A nice wide and quiet A or B road with a decent line of sight front and rear to be able to spot any approaching traffic. The further you can see the more time you have to set yourself up to do it :thumb:
