Can someone please do me a favour? If you get a mo can you measure the rear seat size?

first (measured on seat base) width at front of seat, at back of seat, depth of seat (front to back).

Second (measured at 1/2 way between seat base and top of tunnel between seats) width at front of seat, at back of seat, depth of seat (front to back).

Looking at child seats and want to know if a maxi cosi rodi full back booster will fit.

had the same question ages ago.

the only one that fits from maxi cosi is the Maxi Cosi Rodi SPS.
the sps has the narrower base so fits in. the other maxi cosi rodi model has a wider base so does not fit. must be maxi cosi rodi "SPS" model.

coincidentally, total 911 did an article on which car seats fitted the porker quite some time after i purchased mine when i was back in UK and brought it back to HK. The article in total 911 also says maxi cosi rodi sps fro air cooled.

it does fit but in my opinion the long stocks of the seatblet anchor are always an issue in the rear of the 964. apparently you can swap out for shorter ones from Kwik Fit or something who replace longer belts and stalks to help with wrapping seat belt around new born rearward facing child seats.

Anyone check if the shorter stock can be bought from kwik fit for me?

always thought the longer stock is an issue for kid seats in the rear as you cannot possible get any form of tight fit with the loose long stock.

Good stuff thx jlee. That is the very seat we bought for my wife's car. Seems we picked well... I hear you re the shortervbeltvstock too. I will research replacements.

jcx, glad you got the right one.

let me know on the seatbelt stocks. not easy for me to check as am in Hong Kong and no kwik fit or anything here ! LOL

If it does not have to have a back then look at Bubble Bum seats?

:?:

thanks jcx. let me know

Hi jlee, sorry but i totally forgot about this. i have done no more research on the stocks. i can confirm that my seat fits OK with the existing belts. It is not perfect and could be better but it is OK.
