944 clutch

At the moment I'm not a Porsche owner, but hope to be very soon.

A friend of mine is selling a 944, don't know too much more about it at the moment, expect that his wife is fed up with it following them from house to house and never getting worked on.

Its a W reg and the one thingI do know is that it needs a new clutch, which is way beyond my capability and resources to carry out. As a rough idea can anyone tell me what it is likely to cost to get this repaired so that i can add it into my budget and still hopefully affordthe car.

It's got to be cheaper than that-a 993 clutch was £600 all in at Northway.
