1993 964 Porsche CD-2 Radio

The battery was disconneted and when the radio was turned on again it read "CODE" After the kids tried fixing it with what they thought was the code, it now reads "OFF" I now have the correct code, but does anyone know how to get the radio back to "CODE" so that I can in enter it????
