Hi fellas

Picked up the 993 C4S yesterday and drove it all day, fanatastic motor.

Had some 'issues' with the after market Xenon's and hoping for some useful advice.

An intermittent problem with the right hand dip. On twisting the knob, sometimes there is a clicking noise from the front where the resistor boxes are and the beam fails to fire up. On turning off and retrying a few times it works!!

A little frustrating but fixable ?changing the resistors or am i looking at anything more serious??

The Car is still under warranty with garage where purchased who will get porsche specialist who fitted the lights to repair it.

Any comments

are the units connected properly i.e. where the headlamp unit makes contact with the socket behind ? those connectors are prone to issues iirc...

The ballasts (the metal box about the size of a fag packet) on these kits seem to be a weak link too - might be the problem here?
