BIG brother. Next stop, clean licence (well not in my case) to ban before the engine's warmed up. If they can record where you are on each CCTV camera, it should be nothing to programme in the distance between them and link it to Swansea.

Problem with all these good ideas is that they start off harmless enough

However some bright spark finds new ways to use/apply them

This number plate thing no doubt in the future they some chirpy police chief will realise that they can use it to average peoples speed and bam suddenly we all in the sh*t

What about the new EU internet snooping law. What is a serious offence? I'm sure I can guess what the RIAA would call downloading an MP3

Nanny state seems to be the product of terrorism. We allowed the government to talk up the threat and basically turned over are lives to them. I mean look what they did in Iraqi the whole point of that war was to appease the Americans lust for revenge (I say that having many American friends) and now it’s the biggest terrorist destination.
