VIN location on 996

I am looking to buy a 996 C4 and need to know where the VINs are. I know where to find the VIN at the base of the windscreen on the passenger side and also on the sticker inside the front bonnet (where the extras etc are listed). I know there are VINs on the engine and sills, but where/how do I find these??

Any help will be gladly received.

We have a 996 C4, but its in my dads work car park right now. Ill look later. I think they are easy enough to find. Passenger side on the sill and on the outside of the engine, very visible when you open the engine lid. But to be honest I dont think its gonna be 2 cars welded together, and if you are in any doubt you shouldnt buy the car, or get it inspected.
