I've made the tough decision to sell my beloved Arctic Silver 2001 996 C4. It's done just over 95k miles and was last serviced July 2025 and has a valid MOT (valid until July 2025) with no advisories. This is the work that I have had done over the past 2 years:

  • New Dansk sports exhaust fitted
  • New clutch 7k miles ago
  • IMS Direct oil feed fitted when clutch was replaced
  • New 'coffin' arms fitted
  • New alternator
  • New expansion tank
  • New a/c Condensers
  • New power steering high and low pressure pipes replaced
  • New power steering oil reservoir fitted
  • Pioneer touch screen stereo fitted complete with Apple & Android car play
  • Various coolant pipes replaced when needed
As expected it drives amazingly and performed faultlessly on a track day I did in May 2024. No signs of the dreaded bore scoring and there has been no drop in oil levels since the service in July and after 3k miles.

Happy to send pics if anyone is interested.

* Obviously that should say it was serviced in July 2024

Lovely looking car. Very keenly priced - GLWTS.

Have you dropped the price... could've sworn it was £15.5k ..?

I have dropped the price as I'm desperate to get rid of my beloved Porker after being made redundant!! In an ideal world I'd keep it but at the moment the car is simply a 'nice to have' as opposed to a necessity.

Gutted for you mate, i've made a colleague aware of it today as he's looking for one after admiring mine which is really similar.

All the best.

Si.

Thanks mate, really appreciate it.

Just bumping this up the thread again as I've lowered the price to 10k.

That's a massive drop and a steal ............!!!!!!!!!!!!! No luck on the job front..? :(

Hoping to get something sorted soon, but at the moment the 911 is just a very 'nice to have' object sat on the drive.

I assume this isn't ULEZ compliant, but would love to know if it is.

Wish you well with the job search
