Undertray threaded post replacement

I was hoping to tap into the knowledge base here regarding replacing the threaded underbody posts that the plastic 10mm shouldered nuts affix to, when retaining the underbody protection panels.
I have a full set of correctly sized 'big foot' stainless replacement posts and also fresh plastic nuts.

My plan is to cut the remaining stumps off and then clean up the area and bond the 'big foots' into place.
My question is.... What would anyone with experience of this task recommend to bond the 'big foot' posts to the body?

My go to metal to metal in the past has been JB Weld but it has been years since last doing anything of this nature and the whole bond/glue arena has exploded with so many various options, as manufacturers increasingly use glues to hold modern cars together, very confusing!

Any comment or recommendations would be very gratefully received, thanks.

Sorry cannot help with alternative to JB Weld, but interested where you purchased the posts from and advice from others on best product for attaching post to body.

I sourced them on ebay. I searched for 'Porsche 996 911 986 Undertray Mounting Stainless Big Head Repair' and bought from a seller called 7445jond.

Thing to do is try JB and leave it for a couple of days to cure then try and snap it off with your fingers. The trays don't need much to hold them.
Those look like a good alternative to the OE Riv nut type. I got a load of new plastic flange nut washer things off ebay too , really cheap.
Only thing I can see is those stainless ones you've got are threaded where the OE ones are like a coarse self tapper and also the trays will stand off a tiny bit.
You'll want bear metal and acetone before JB and tape them in place while they cure

have a search for Mistercorn 996 project car thread. he has a good write up on how to do it and what to use. That's what I copied when doing mine

Stainless big heads have a holed fixing plate that bonds well. They are typically metric threaded.

Thanks to everyone for all the input, I knew this was the right group to ask.
Thanks again, very helpful and much appreciated.
