How low on tread do you guys let your tyres get before replacing them?

I'm sure we all replace them before the legal limit, but im curious to know just how close to the limit you go?

Another question - does having low tread tyres affect getting a full geo check done ?

Wouldn't want to let them go below 2mm in the winter. Might push it a bit more in the summer though!

Personally speaking, if they hit 2mm, they're in the bin.

keep 'em for the summer....

I had a fun time last summer on the last mm's of legal life on my old set of Conti Sport tyres.....

and even more fun on a few track days ! and the last mm or so does last a long time !
