tube outlet under splitters?

just got my painted splitters back and fitted them this morning.

can anyone let me know what the plastic outlet pipes are for attached to the splitters?

looks like they could be modified for water cooled brakes ;-)

I have those sticking out at the mo and have been told they are headlight water drain pipes
