Spoiler alert - 996 aerokit front lip spoiler project

Noted, thank you.

I want to get the bumper refitted to thoroughly assess how it looks and fits when mounted to the car, as the flexible nature of the polyurethane bumper could induce torsional and dimensional shift on the mounting surface necessitating some further refinement.

Once I'm happy all is good and correct when mounted in the operational position, I can then look at making a master mould. From then, I want to experiment with a few different blends of polyurethane to find the best combination of flexibility, strength, wear and impact resistance - mostly dictated by the Shore D hardness rating. I've done lots of research into this area and have three potential blends to try, but until I actually produce a finished item and have tested it, I wouldn't like to commit to anything just yet. By all means, if I can produce something that is at least as good or better than OEM, I'll set about making a few for anyone interested.
I've been looking for one of these for a while now. I would be interested in buying one if you made more. Thanks.

Massive thankyou to Interference Fit...the quality and attention to detail is truly impressive and for such an incredibly generous price given the skill, time and effort needed to produce such a part he is a credit to the Porsche community :)
