single sidelight flickers on when driving

Has anyone's 993 developed a similar fault whereby the front RHS side light flickers on and off when the engine is running (even with the lights off)? I can't see why power should be going to it at all when the lights are off - any ideas folks?

thanks will investigate - need to remove lights and give the bodywork a good clean behind them anyway - just waiting for some slightly warmer weather.
