I have just removed a 997 GT3 RS shifter mechanism and Cup Car Gear cables due to upgrading to Numeric racing setup. The 997 GT3 RS shifter has the steel bearings in it, as opposed to the plastic in the normal shifters, so gives a more positive through. These shifters are now just short of £600 new from Porsche on there own.
The Cup car shift cables are now obsolete. They were a known upgrade for a more positive shift.
This setup will fit all manual 996 & 997 models.
It is being sold as a complete kit.
