i'm going to replace/repair my front bumper shortly, but when i look through the grill at the bottom middle of the bumper - looking at the black painted bodywork behind it, i see that it is quite stone chipped etc - any one have any views on what i should use to repaint over this.

i was thinking of using that stone chip protector stuff that comes in a spray can - or is there something better / more suitable?
