OPC cannot fit Bi-xenon's??

Hi,

I have some good news for myself I will be picking up my C4S on Friday morning 9:00am

I asked if they could fit bi-xenon headlights but apparently as it not new ie a 3 year old 996 a Porsche dealership cannot get involved in fitting them.

If I was to have bought the vehicle brand new and requested the fit from new then they can be factory fitted. A problem with the MOT laws in this country.

I am confused as the OPC chap stated I could get it done via a Porsche specialist.

Any one come across this????

the actual headlamps should just fit in and work - the levelling side of it is more complicated so i'm not surprised they wouldnt get involved.

save your money there is no point in getting the OEM bi-xenons

just call up HIDS4U

who now have the pilot HID xenon kits up at £189.99 for 911uk users, just mention me and that you are a porsche 911 owner for the price.....

and it's an easy fit !
